I tried this concept(I used chocolate protein powder and strawberries) they are delicious but I had a horrible time getting them off my foil. I actually had to cut them off and I lost half my cookie. Any suggestions?

      Hi
You spread a bit of coconut oïl on the foil. That usually works well ;) Let me know how it works for you!!

I’ve been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me.
Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as
you did, the internet will be much more useful than ever
    before.
