Mini Egg White Omelettes

These are great for when you are on the go.

You can use liquid egg whites (one container yields approx. 8 egg whites) or eggs.

Place egg whites in muffin tin (spray the muffin pan inserts with pam or use coconut oil) ** I use the aluminium muffin inserts.

Add ingredients of choice

Bake at 350 until done.
